Jacqueline joined the Law Offices of Dale K. Galipo in July 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a policy clerk with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, a law clerk with both the Los Angeles Alternate Public Defender’s Office and the Sex Crimes Division of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, and a law clerk with Manly, Stewart, & Finaldi where she helped support victims of sexual abuse through litigation efforts.

She received her J.D. from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. While in law school, Jacqueline served as President of both the Student Bar Association and the Public Interest Law Foundation, Vice President of the National Lawyer’s Guild, Vice President of the Immigration Law Society, Event Coordinator of Chapman Women Lawyers Association, Fundraising Chair of the Public Interest Law Foundation, and a member of the Mock Trial Board. Jacqueline was also the student-elected class speaker and awarded the Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law 2026 Cathy Elliott Award in Community Building. Prior to law school, Jacqueline received her master’s degree from Florida State University where she served as Speaker for the Congress of Graduate Students, a legislative aide in The Florida House of Representatives and an intern with the United States Commission on Civil Rights.

Jacqueline has always had a passion for making sure everyone is treated equally regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender, and sexual orientation, especially by those who swore an oath to protect us. She is honored and excited to join the firm as a Post-Bar Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Dale K. Galipo.
