Overview
Mr. Monguia joined the Law Offices of Dale K. Galipo in 2015 and quickly became an invaluable member of the firm. As a paralegal, Mr. Monguia assists with all aspects of the firm’s cases, including evaluating potential cases, drafting various pretrial documents, calendaring case management and scheduling orders, reviewing and summarizing discovery materials, scheduling depositions, submitting service of process orders, preparing for trial, and much more. He was inspired to pursue his own legal education after witnessing first-hand the effects Mr. Galipo and his associates’ passionate advocacy had on the firm’s clients, as well as the challenges and interesting issues involved in the firm’s cases. He is now a student at Southwestern Law School and will be part of the 2024 graduating class. He looks forward to advocating on behalf of those who have been affected by excessive force by law enforcement and other constitutional violations.
